Historical changes on the one hand, record growth rates on the other – the Arab world in 2011 presented itself in a new diversity – a diversity that is also reflected in business opportunities and cooperation perspectives. Germany, on the other side, emerged stronger than before from the European debt crisis with unemployment rates reaching all-time lows. Recent years have shown an increasing Arab presence and growing investments in Germany. The full potential has not been exploited so far, enormous opportunities are still arising from German-Arab business relations.
To improve and enhance German-Arab business relations, seek new opportunities and contacts, the Ghorfa Arab-German Chamber of Commerce and Industry will host the 15th German-Arab Business Forum from June 13th-15th, 2012 at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel, Berlin in cooperation with the Qatar Chamber of Commerce and Industry (QCCI), the Association of German Chambers of Commerce (DIHK) and the General Union of Arab Chambers of Commerce (GUCCIAAC).
The German-Arab Business Forum has established itself as the leading bilateral business platform between the Arab World and Germany. More than 600 decision-makers from politics, business and sciences will attend the Forum. The German side will be represented by a broad range of market leaders of the business community, including the largest listed stock companies, small and medium-sized sector as well as high-ranking representatives of ministries and institutions.
We are looking forward to a fruitful 15th German-Arab Business Forum.
